About Us
Jo began riding at the age of three. For many years she has competed in all disciplines at local events and with local riding clubs. Through the riding club she developed an interest in Dressage, progressing to compete at the Junior National Championships. Jo has a Bsc (Hons) Equine Science Degree from Nottingham Trent University.
Following on from this Jo continued to compete in all disciplines, but with the main focus being on Dressage. Jo's first 'serious' dressage horse arrived when Jo was 18 - the Thoroughbred Sovereign Rock or Rocky. Together they Qualified for many Championships including the British Dressage Elementary National Championships at Stoneleigh. They competed up to Advanced Medium and took part in many lecture demo's and quadrille rides - the highlight of these was taking part in All the Queens Horses at Windsor as part of the Queen's golden jubilee celebrations.

Jo then purchased a Hanoverian colt foal from local breeder Katy Holder-Vale. Gironde or Tigger to us, arrived at five months old. He has been backed and produced by Jo. He has Qualified for numerous Championships including Young Horse Breeding Championships, Regional Championships and in 200 he Qualified for the Advanced Medium Winter National Championships. He is currently competing at Prix St George and working towards Grand Prix at home. Recently Tigger won the Pet Plan Area Festival at Prix St George at Manor Farm, Qualifying for the Festival Finals.

In 2006 Jo came to ride Hattrick, when he was put up for sale she managed to buy him as a five year old. He is a dark bay Trakehner gelding imported from Germany as a four year old. He had Qualified for every Championship he could as a five year old, being placed third at the Young Horse Breeding Championship, and ninth in the national and international young horse championships at Hickstead international. He has qualified for and been placed in several Regional Championships and Semi Finals. He is a sharp character with a lot of ability! He is currently being given time to mature and competing lightly!
As well as Dressage Jo has always continued to compete in all the main disciplines, and she also enjoys hunting whenever possible. Jo is registered to compete BSJA and BE. Jo has show jumped up to Newcomers and is currently eventing at BE100, and hoping to progress next year quickly to Novice.
